Darling Krishna and Milina Nagaraj, the couple in real life as well as in reel life, are on cloud nine.
The reason is the stupendous success of their latest Kannada movie Love Mocktail 2 that was released last Friday.
“My joy knew no bounds when I came to know about more audiences watching the Love Mocktail 2 on Monday than on Sunday. I expect the box-office collection of Love Mocktail 2 to be around Rs 10 to Rs 15 crore within a few weeks. As of now, its box-office collection has crossed over Rs 5 crore. It is being screened at more than 180 theatres including multiplexes across Karnataka, Pune and Mumbai,’’ said Darling Krishna.
He said that he is contemplating making one more sequel – Love Mocktail 3 – in a few months.
”I sold remake rights to make Love Mocktail in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi,’’ he said.
Milana Nagaraj has recalled how she bought a ticket in black (paying Rs 450 for three tickets of Gandhi Class) to watch Love Mocktail 2 at Navarang theatre.
