Emboldened by the success of Kannada movie Shivaji Surathkal, director Akash Srivatsa has decided to direct its sequel – Shivaji Surathkal 2. Well-known multi-lingual artiste Nassar is acting in this movie as Surathkal. Ramesh Aravind is playing as Surathkal’s son Shivaji. The movie Shivaji Surathkal was released on February 21, 2020. It became a huge success at the box-office.
The movie was about Shivaji Surathkal, an intelligent police officer, investigating the murder of the Home Minister’s son. Its shooting was held at Madikeri. Along with Ramesh Aravind, Radhika Narayan, Avinash, Ramesh Pandit, Raghu Ramanakoppa, Rohit Bhanuprakash had acted in the movie.
